Proactive Institutes are multi-session learning experiences built for complex topics that cannot be addressed in a single workshop. Each institute is structured to build understanding progressively — giving participants time to apply what they've learned between sessions and return with real questions and real context.
Institutes are designed for leadership teams, cabinet members, site administrators, or cross-functional groups who need sustained engagement with a challenging body of work.
